Volunteers Needed!!
Voices of Volunteers (Video)
There's no greater privilege than participating in ministry and no greater joy than seeing a child grow in his or her understanding and application of God's Word. Parents are highly encouraged to participate in this valuable ministry. A variety of positions are available with varying levels of responsibility and time commitments.

Awana isn't just for kids . . .  Adult and teen volunteers & leaders are needed in each club to listen to Bible verses and encourage kids to love and serve the Lord.  You pick the club you want to serve in.  Leaders are assigned a group of 5-8 kids to supervise.
Training involves attending a workshop "Leader Training" or studying on your own and completing a leader manual.  Leaders must also be screened through the "Live Scan" safety protection for insurance purposes.
If you are interested in serving the Lord as an Awana volunteer, contact Becky Trojan at (949)707-5373 or davebeckyt@cox.net

What Can Parents Do to Help?

  • Work with your son/daughter on a regular basis to teach and explain sections. This will help clubbers to learn & recite Bible verses and show your support as well. It is best to study a few minutes everyday rather than cram just before Awana on Thursday night.
  • Read flyers that come home, especially about upcoming events or theme nights.
  • Volunteer to help in our Awana Club.  (Directors, Secretaries, Leaders, Listeners, Games, Special Events, Clean-up Crew, Awana Store, Guest Speakers, Bible Quiz, Awana Olympics).
  • Donate items for the Awana Store.
